Drafting a SOC 2 report in the firm's own voice, and stopping before the opinion
A SOC 2 Type 2 report drafted in an assessing firm's own voice and format, from redacted engagement evidence. It drafts and stops at every judgment: the opinion, the evidence-sufficiency conclusion, and the sign-off stay human.

01 · Problem
Every engagement ends with the same work: assembly
A SOC 2 Type 2 report has to read like the firm that stands behind it. Getting evidence into that voice and format is high-skill time spent on assembly, not judgment, and it drifts between drafters. The same engagement drafted by two people reads like two firms.
02 · Solution
Capture the assembly once, leave the opinion where it belongs
Evidence in, first-draft report out, in the firm’s own voice and format. Every claim cited to its source. Exceptions carried through exactly as evidenced, never softened. Missing evidence flagged, never filled in on a guess.
03 · The boundary
It drafts. It does not judge.
What the machine does
Drafts the report, cites every claim to its source, carries exceptions through as evidenced, flags missing evidence.
What stays human
The opinion, the evidence-sufficiency conclusion, and the sign-off. Every time, at every length this project gets described at.
04 · How it's built
An open folder, not a black box
One entry file routes. A firm-standard reference layer holds voice and format. Per-section contracts govern each part of the report. A walk test validates it cold, before it ever touches a real engagement, on the same ICM discipline behind Launch Command Center: instructions, context, and memory as separate, versioned files, so any claim in the draft traces back to the evidence that produced it.
This demo runs entirely on synthetic data: a fictional assessing firm (“Meridian Assurance”) drafting for a fictional client (“Acme Corp”). No real engagement, client, or evidence touches it.
05 · The trade
The machine removes the blank page
The machine removes the blank page. The auditor keeps the judgment.
Stack: Claude Code for the drafting agents, a firm-standard reference layer for voice and format, per-section contracts, a walk-test suite, synthetic engagement evidence.
